Fufu and goat light soup

What it is
Fufu is cassava and plantain pounded into a soft, stretchy dough. Light soup is a clear, peppery tomato broth. Together they are Sunday lunch in much of Ghana.
How to eat it
Same as banku: pinch, dip, swallow. Drink the soup at the end.
